TODO the .htaccess file doesn't work here since this is nginx instead of apache, so

Getting Listings
/v1/recreate_db_from_csvs.php (GET)
Returns a list of devs/agencies/websites that are available for hire. The results returned may be different depending on who is requesting the data. Parameters should be percent encoded where necessary.
Parameters (all except passwd are optional)
passwd: temporarily being used until v3 of the auth service is finished. detail_level (optional): set to "all" to receive additional info count: The number of results to return. Defaults to 10. cat: The category to return. Can be set to "all". This is the default. name: Looks through the infoLink and name fields to find listings containing this search term
